Аннотация

Subjects of research: process of formation of mortgage credits and market of mortgage securities in Uzbekistan. Purpose of work: work out of scientific offers and practical recommendations about development of mortgage credits and about formation of the market of mortgage securities in Uzbekistan. Methods of research: the system analysis, observation, grouping, correlation-regression comparative analysis. The results obtained and their novelty: deeply studied the market of mortgage securities and securitization, classified the models of development of instruments of market of mortgage securities and the market of securitization of world mortgage securities, and determined the characters, tendency of developing of national market of mortgage securities, justified the development on the basis of correlation-regression analysis with macroeconomical indicators; worked out the structure of refinancing of double steped mortgage credits in Uzbekistan; worked out scientific offers and practical recommendations on formation of the national market of mortgage securities. Practical value: possible to use on working out of measurements on developing of activity mechanism and optimal formation of the market of mortgage securities in Uzbekistan. The materials of dissertation may be used on developing of educational programs as «Management of investment portfolio» and «Asset securitization» in higher educational institutions. Degree of embed and economic efficiency: conclusions, recommendations and offers, developed on the process of investigation were received for using for practical activity of the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent stock exchange, Jonboy branch of FEA NBU of Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent financial institute. Field of application: the securities market, banks, higher educational institutions.
