Conceptual foundations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the modern management system in higher education

This article examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of management systems in higher education institutions in the context of a pandemic. In addition, the author's approach to the concepts of management, management system and organizational-economic mechanism of management systems is described, based on the results of the analysis of the problems observed in the field, the main trends and tendencies that need to be taken into account in improving the management system of higher education institutions.
