This article provides the procedure for determining direct, overhead, maintenance costs and the procedure for drawing up object, local and consolidated estimates. A study of the peculiarities of formation of the cost of construction work was carried out. Construction work is one of the main indicators of the activity of a construction organization. KEYWORDS The cost of construction and installation work, the procedure for creating estimates, site and local estimates, the composition of construction work.
