The article provides a comprehensive study of the digitalization of corporate governance and examines the prospects and problems of adaptation in our country, taking into account legal and practical aspects. Key legal trends and challenges arising in the process of digitalization are analyzed, including issues of communication and decentralization of management, which are often associated with the transfer of authority from management personnel to computer technology. The paper offers recommendations for the creation of a legislative framework in the Republic of Uzbekistan for the implementation of large-scale measures to digitalize corporate governance based on the interpretation of international experience. Purpose of the study - the relevance of the study is due to the need to introduce innovative technologies in corporate governance to improve business competitiveness and attract investment, which requires the study of effective practices implemented in developed countries.
