Аннотация

The article highlights management styles of listeners of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and correlation factors that influenced on formation of their leadership qualities. Blake and Mouton leadership style Matrix and some problems occurred during the research will be beneficial in further researches related to the leadership.
