Аннотация

This article studied the revenues of local budgets, features of revenue models to ensure the proportionality of budgets of different levels, the implementation of measures for the stability of incomes of local budgets in Uzbekistan, in particular the financial independence. Also expressed the idea to ensure the proportionality of revenue budgets of different levels in Germany by means of distribution of taxes between the levels of budgets.
