Аннотация

This article describes the essence and the value of the customs activity in the context of globalization and adoption of the standards of the World Customs Organization in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and there are conclusions and recommendations made by the author based on the results of Regional seminar of Central Asian countries on development of unique system of personnel training for the purposes of successful usage of standards and regulation of foreign economic activity in Central Asian countries, which are the members of WCO, in preparation of highly qualified personnel in customs organs.
