This article aims to study the socio-psychological factors of the formation of perceptions of professional competence in future nurses. In order to work effectively in the medical field, nurses need to develop their professional knowledge, skills and competencies. Factors such as social environment, education system, influence of family and friends play an important role in this process. The article first describes the concept of professional competence and its components. Secondly, the influence of social and psychological factors on the education of future nurses is analyzed. It is also shown how important factors such as social communication, motivation and personal experiences are in the formation of professional competence. As a result, this study emphasizes the importance of creating a socio-psychological environment necessary to further improve the professional training of future nurses. The article is filled with practical recommendations and will serve to train qualified personnel in the medical field in the future.
