This article talks about the concept of the digital economy, its impact on the world economy, and the possibilities of developing the digital economy in Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the possibilities of creating new jobs, increasing economic efficiency, and introducing innovative technologies through the development of digital technologies. For Uzbekistan, the development of the digital economy provides strategic advantages not only for economic growth, but also for increasing global competitiveness. Keywords.
