СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ СИСТЕМЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ КАЧЕСТВОМ НА ХЛОПКООЧИСТИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЗАВОДАХ РЕСПУБЛИКИ

Аннотация

Subjects of research: cotton ginning plants and various aspects of the modem mechanism of quality management formed on cotton ginning plants. Purpose of work: the improvement of theoretical-methodical bases of formation and functioning of the mechanism of quality management systems on cotton ginning plants of Uzbekistan. Methods of research: methods of system-structural, causally - investigative, comparative and factorial analysis, and also statistical methods of quality management are used. The results of obtained and their novelty: methodical approaches of improving quality management systems arc developed on cotton ginning plants, especially: the structure of the problem tree and information model of improvement of quality management systems; the method of one-stage precautionary quality control on receiving raw cotton; the method of statistical precautionary quality control in the process of cotton-fibre production; coefficient of quality for estimation of productivity of functioning of quality management systems; a technique of calculation of wages of the personnel of production department depending on quality products produced. Practical value: results of the research can be used in the Association of "Uzpaxtasanoat", regional joint-stock companies, research-and-production association «Paxta tozalash», and also on cotton ginning plants. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: obtained results and recommendations arc accepted for implementation at OJSC «Багат пахта тозалаш». Field of application: cotton ginning plants in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
