Аннотация

Subject of research: the youth labour market of Samarkand region. Purpose of work: To develop research-based conclusions and proposals to improve the regulation of youth employment in the labor market against the influence of global financial and economic crisis. Methods of research: Analysis and synthesis method; comparison and analogies; generalisations, logic, graphic and computer methods of processing of the information, and also an economic-statistical method and carrying out sociological surveys. The results obtained and their novelty: the results of a comparative analysis of existing definitions developed a socio-economic implication of the labor market, as well as defined its functions, the methods proposed regional regulation of youth employment in the labor market of Samarkand region, according to the analysis of data on the socio-economic development indicators of Samarkand region proposed changes and adjustments in plans to prepare specialists in the fields, according to the analysis of demographic processes to identify factors affecting the employment of youth. Practical value: The scientific-theoretical ideas to improve the regulation of youth employment in the labor market can be used in the management of employment services bodies, bodies of the training. The proposed guidelines can be used in teaching courses, "Labor Economics and Sociology" in higher educational institutions of the republic. Degree of embed and economic efficiency: Methodological approaches and guidelines contained in the research were adopted for the implementation by the Samarkand region Labor and Social Welfare Department, as well as a number of theoretical propositions dissertation were taken for the implementation by the Samarkand State University in the teaching process.. Field of application: Organizational structures that promote employment of the population, in the process of teaching the course "Economics and Sociology of Labor” in higher and secondary special education, as well as in the system of retraining and advanced training.
