Subjects of the inquiry: Social-legal problems linked with organization activity of apparatus hakimiyats in the Republic of Kharakhalpakstan Aim of the inquiry: complex analysis legal nature and peculiarities legal status apparatus of hakimiyat Republic of Kharakhalpakstan, revealing main tendentious in the sphere supplying interrelations theoretical, legal basislcgal applying practice in the organization activity apparatus of hakimiyat and working out suggestions on their perfection. Method of inquiry: dialectical, empirical, comparative, legal-formal, logical, functional, systematical, analytical and intuition. The results achieved and their novelty: the first time in legal science of the republic of Uzbekistan, complexly analyze theoretical, legal, organizational problems activity apparatus of hakimiyat Republic of Kharakhalpakstan.. In the dissertation deeply analyze legal features of activity apparatus of hakimiyat in the managing process. On meantime there three types of apparatus arc made in the system of hokimiya: “the apparatus of managing hakimiyat”, “the apparatus of ruling hakim (executive apparatus of hakim)”, “the apparatus of hakimiyat (additional apparatus)” Each of them legal characteristics arc given. As well as concrete theoretical outcomes are made and given practical recommendations. Practical value: theoretical results and practical suggestions could be used in work out legal documents on organization activity apparatus of hakimiyat. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: during the research there were exposed scientific offers and used by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Kharakhalpakstan on working out legal documents in organization the activity of apparatus of khakimiyats. Sphere of usage: theoretical outcomes and practical recommendations could be used in perfecting legal and normative documents in the sphere organization activity apparatus of hakimiyat as well as different types and stage state power bodies.
