Практика микрофинансирования субъектов малого бизнеса и частного предпринимательства и еѐ совершенствование

Аннотация

Subjects of research: subjects of small business and privately owned enterprise in national economics of The Republic and process of their microfinance. Purpose of work: exploitation of scientific motions and practical recommendations directed on enhancement of practice of microfinance of subjects of small business and privately owned enterprise. Methods of research: scientific abstraction, observation, comparative analysis, grouping, system approach, economical-statistical analysis, correlation methods of analysis. The results obtained and their novelty: economical essence and maintenance of small business and privately owned enterprise, their peculiarity, organization and development stages and their role in market conditions are exposed; factors defining necessity of small business and privately owned enterprises development in the country are based; author’s definition of concept “microfinance” is offered; its peculiarity, social and economical problems, microfinance development factors are revealed; microfinance system is investigated; problems of microfinance of subjects of small business and privately owned enterprise are investigated and scientific based supplies and recommendations directed on their removal are exploited; measure programs of realization of conceptions of microfinance of subjects of small business and privately owned enterprise development are exploited; in dissertation scientific based offers and recommendations are revealed on the base of foreign experience of enhancement of microfinance of subjects of small business and privately owned enterprise. Practical value: revealed scientific offers and recommendations can be used in exploitation prior directions of enhancement of microfinance of subjects of small business and privately owned enterprise practice, programs of microfinancial support of subjects of small business and in development of practice of microfinance in Republic of Uzbekistan. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Scientific results of research are accepted for practical application by OAKB “Microcreditbank” of the Republic of Uzbekistan and credit union Credit-Express. Dissertation work's materials can be used in higher education establishments during enhancement of educational programs by disciplines “Small business and enterprise”, “Finance of projects of small business and privately owned enterprise” and during process of teaching. Field of application: Central bank, commercial banks, non-banking credit organizations, higher educational institutions.
