Пути повышения экономической эффективности использования водных ресурсов в сельском хозяйстве (на примере Кашкадарьинской области)

Аннотация

Subjects of research: subjects of water users of agriculture of Kashkadarya region. Purpose of work: development of scientific proposals and practical recommendations on effective utilization of water resources in agriculture. Methods of research: comparing, monographic research, comparative analysis, statistical grouping, structural analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. The results obtained and their novelty: Supply and use of water resources in agriculture was theoretically proved; with the aim of introduction of market mechanisms, the perfect system of payment of using of water resources was proved; the scientific offers directed on perfection of mechanisms of stimulation for an effective utilization of the salted soils in agriculture were developed; practical recommendations on introduction of modern methods of an irrigation in various managing subjects were prepared; scientific offers and practical recommendations on introduction of electronic maps of an effective utilization of water resources in the system of a water economic complex were developed. Practical value: The developed scientific offers and practical recommendations of the research enables to use by water resources effectively in agriculture , to increase production at the expense of Im3 of water, to develop state and target programs on increasing economic efficiency of water resources in the conditions of water lack and drought. Degree of embed and economic efficiency: Scientific conclusions and practical offers of the research arc accepted for introducing into practice by the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Department of Agriculture and Water Economy of Kashkadarya region, department of basin irrigation system of Amu-Kashkadarya, Authority of Karshi district. The materials of the research can be applied in upgrading training programmes and courses “Economy of agriculture”, “Economy of dekhkan and farm entities” and teaching process in higher educational institutions. Field of application: the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Economy, the Union of Water Users, higher educational institutions.
