Аннотация

This article discusses the reforms implemented in our republic to improve the quality of education, organization of the educational process in accordance with the requirements of the time, the role of higher educational institutions in the educating qualified personnel, and the potential of student, the competence of professors and teachers, and issues such as the significance of foreign experience in the educational process. Key words: higher education, quality of education, student, professor-teacher, theory and practice, dual education.
