Subjects of the inquiry: enterprises of oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan. Aim of the inquiry: working out of scientifically-methodical and practical recommendations on formation of effective management system by sustainable development of enterprises of oil and gas industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Method of inquiry: integrated concept of management by sustainable development, economic-statistical methods, the programming-target, systemic and financial analysis, graph-analytic methods, matrix modeling. Received results and their novelty: conceptual model of management by sustainable development is formulated, substance, interrelation and contradictions of external and internal control systems is exposed by sustainable development of enterprises of oil and gas industry. The integrated indicators system of management efficiency estimation is grounded by sustainable development, their structure is given, the group of new analytical parameters estimation following from specificity of branch functioning and its environment is offered, models of calculations analytical indices are developed, synthesized in estimation technique of management efficiency by sustainable development. A complex estimation of management by sustainable development of enterprises is given, new indicators of efficiency estimation are offered by enterprises development. Basic directions of perfection of organizational-economic tools and priorities of sustainable development of enterprises are defined; methods and stimulus of financial stability maintenance are offered, effective expediency of transition to a system of differentiated taxation of enterprises - fields users is proved Practical significance: it is defined by introduction of recommendations and offers in practice of activity in oil and gas industry, and also state governing bodies of Uzbekistan. Degree of introduction and economic efficiency: research materials are accepted for practical use by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, NHC «Uzbekneftegaz» JSC «Uzneftegazdobycha», Open JSC «Uzbekhimmash plant».
