Перспективы проектного управления IT- стартапами обусловлены многомерными возможностями в повышении качества процессов, достижении высокой управляемости проекта, его гибкости, эффективности принятия решений, оптимизации традиционных задач и условий, движения в векторе постоянного развития. Проектное представление IT-стартапа способно позитивно сказаться на процессах привлечения инвестора, задает планку краткосрочной, среднесрочной и долгосрочной перспективы реализации IT-стартапа и т.д. Summary The article is devoted to the study of the current state and prospects of project management in IT startups. The relevance of the project approach to the management of IT startups is described. The characteristics of the IT startup market are given, the trends of popularization of this practice of innovation development in the economy and society are clarified. Today, startups, as an actual form of organizing the activities of IT companies aimed at promoting innovative ideas and concepts, are of fundamental importance, which is also evidenced by the growing interest of investors in IT startups, the increase in funding for startups in the world, the high contribution of startups to the economy, social sphere, technology, etc. The described conditions determine the need to find the most effective approaches to managing startups, and, in particular, IT startups, in which a special role is given to project management. The issues of organizing project management are being updated, taking into account IT startups and their specific features. The stages, principles, conditions, indicators, and other internal elements of project management of IT startups are specified. The features of modern project management in IT startups are revealed, which are revealed in the field of application of relevant digital tools. 2. The prospects for project management of IT start-ups are due to multidimensional opportunities in improving the quality of processes, achieving high project manageability, its flexibility, decision-making efficiency, optimization of traditional tasks and conditions, and movement in the vector of constant development. The project presentation of an IT startup can have a positive impact on the processes of attracting an investor, sets the bar for the short-term, medium-term, and long-term prospects for the implementation of an IT startup, etc.
