Совершенствование практики страхования ответственности в Республике Узбекистан

Аннотация

Subjects of research: Activity of the insurance organizations concerning insurance of liability for insurance of property interests connected with causing losses to the third parties by legal and physical entities Purpose of work: to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations on enhancing the mechanism of functioning of liability insurance market during the processes of modernization Methods of research: supervision, grouping, generalization, comparative, factorial and dynamic comparison, logic analysis. The received results and their novelty: liability insurance was studied as an independent research subject for the first time , organizational legal bases of liability insurance were investigated, thereupon the necessity of adoption of legislative acts on insurance was proved; necessity of setting-up of an reinsurance organization with participation of state capital in Uzbekistan was proved; positive influence of the direct insurance indemnity of a damage from insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners on the considerable growth in insurance premium in the conditions of upward competition. Practical value: scientific proposals and practical recommendations achieved as a result of the research can be used in working out the system of measures directed on enhancing the activity and insurance services of insurance organizations in the republic. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: scientific proposals and practical recommendations of the dissertation are accepted by «Silk Road Insurance» Open Joint- Stock Company and «Agro Invest Sug’urta» Open Joint- Stock Company for introduction in practice. Research materials can be used in improvement and teaching of curriculums of subjects «Insurance», «Theory of insurance» in higher educational institutions. Field of application: the Ministry of Finance, insurance organizations, higher educational institutions.
