Направления повышения предпринимательской активности субъектов малого бизнеса

Аннотация

Subject of the inquiry: the problems related to raising subject activity of small business in the country including Navoi region. Aim of the inquiry: elaboration of scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at assessing the level of entrepreneurial activity and raising the efficiency of small business subjects. Methods of inquiry: in the course of studies the following methods were used: historical, system analysis, questionnaire, economic and statistical, grouping comparative analysis and econometric. The results achieved and their novelty: the patterns and unusual system features of the development of small business in Uzbekistan were defined. The economic activity of entrepreneurship as a kategory from scientific and theoretical point of view was the first substantiated, the criteria for evaluation of entrepreneurial activity and the system of indicators were worked out. The guidelines for developing small business according to econometric and sociological analysis were determined. The system priority trends of raising entrepreneurial activity of small business subjects were elaborated. Practical value: the results of research can be used when elaborating prospective, purposeful programs and conceptions aimed at developing and raising the efficiency of small business and private entrepreneurship. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results of researches were adopted for practical use by the State Committee on Demonopolization, competition and support of the republic of Uzbekistan, Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the republic of Uzbekistan. The materials of the dissertation arc used in the teaching of the subject: “Theory of economy” at the institutes of higher learning. Sphere of usage: the State Committee on Demonopolization, competition and support of entrepreneurship in the republic of Uzbekistan, Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the republic of Uzbekistan, the Chief Board for economy of Navoi region, the institutes of higher learning.
