Психологичекие особенности эмоциональной устойчивости учителей общеобразовательных школ

Аннотация

Subject of the research: comprehensive schools’ teachers. Aim of the research: detection and studying of the features of emotional stability in comprehensive schools’ teachers. Methods of research: Panteleev-Stolin’s technique of studying of selfrelation system, Jusupov’s test of empathy, J.Taylor’s scale of anxiety state, Varga-Stolin’s technique of studying of the style of teachers’ attitude towards pupils, Rotter’s technique of studying of the features of locus of control, Questionnaire on studying of communicative stability, Spilbcrgcr-Khanin’s scale for studying of situational and personal anxiety. The results achieved and their novelty consists in that the integrated characteristic of teacher’s personality - emotional stability - was the object of the experimental research as complete structural formation. In this research the psychological substance of the features of teachers’ emotional stability formation and development causing efficiency of interaction in the system «teacher-pupil» and promoting increase of education's quality were disclosed. Practical value of this research consists in reception of scientifically well-founded data explaining the psychological nature of emotional stability. This data can be used in teachers training and their professional development as an effective remedy of the development of their emotional stability. Also this data can be used by the schools’ practical psychologists in their work with pedagogical collective as well as they may be a scientific basis for working out socio-psychological training with the purpose of correction of the teachers’ emotional troubles in their professional activity. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: substantive provisions and the obtained research data were reported on International 3 and Republican 4 scientific-practical conferences. 3 scientific articles and 1 other scientific publications were published. Field of application: pedagogical psychology, developmental psychology, age and general psychology, work psychology.
