Subjects of the inquiry: are considered payment turnover between legal entities. Aim of the inquiry: developing scientific offers and practical recommendations which are directed on effectively regulating and problem-solving on payment turnover. Methods of inquiry: observation, generalization, classification, comparison, induction, deduction, correlation and other economic-statistical. The results achieved and their novelty: the necessity of refining and providing effective regulation on payment turnover in the conditions of market relations development and modernization of the economy are proved; the discrepancy between modern payment turnover implementation practice and the requirements of market economy is defined; the author's definition on describing the meaning of "payment turnover» concept is given; the system of indicators which specify the conditions of money turnover is identified; the basic ways of developing payment turnover in the republic on the conditions of world financial-economic crisis are reached; scientific conclusions on the issues of payment turnover are formed; scientific offers and practical recommendations which are directed on effective regulation and problem-solving on payment turnover are developed. Practical value: scientific offers and practical recommendations of the dissertation can be applied on the solution of issues on payment turnover between legal entities. Degree of embed and economic effictivity: The main scientific results of the research are accepted by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan for implementing in the practice. Materials of dissertation can be used on improving courses of study programs «Money, credit and banks», «Finance» and their teaching process in higher educational institutions.
