РЕСТРУКТУРИЗАЦИЯ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ СТРОИТЕЛЬНЫХ МАТЕРИАЛОВ В УСЛОВИЯХ МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ ЭКОНОМИКИ УЗБЕКИСТАНА (на примере Джизакского вилоята)

Аннотация

Subjects of research: enterprises of industry of building materials of the Djizzak oblast. Purpose of work: development of methodological bases and practical recommendations on restructuring of enterprises of industry of building materials in conditions of modernization of economy of Uzbekistan. Methods of research: system-ftinctional analysis, groupings, expert questionnaire, mathematical statistics, theory of columns, economic expert systems, methods of mathematical modeling. The results obtained and their novelty: the theoretical statements on restructuring have been systematized; the concept of restructuring and their classification depending on its kinds has been given; the methodology on increase of efficiency of technical and economic parameters of industrial-economic activity of being restructured enterprises have been proposed; the major factors influencing on effective development of enterprise have been estimated and scientifically approved recommendations on getting out the crisis and pre-crisis enterprises into effectively functioning enterprises have been proposed. Practical value: the conclusions can be used while perfecting the normative documents on development and strengthening the crisis and pre-crisis enterprises, and also during teaching the subjects of “Management”, “Economy of branch”, “Enterprise management” and other economic and administrative disciplines. Degree of embed and economic efficiency: the results of research have been accepted for introducing by the Djizzak branch of State committee on property, the Djizzak branch on demonopolization, support of competition and entrepreneurship of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Samarkand plant of building materials, “Zenatkor” firm, educational process of the Djizzak polytechnic institute. Field of application: industry of building materials, plants on building brick production.
