Аннотация

Subjects of research: criminal-legal relations arising as a result of fulfillment of offences and signs of heavy punishments of committed crimes for purpose of narcotics transportation. Purpose of work: to study signs of heavy punishments of committed crimes for the purpose of narcotics transportation and to investigate value of offence qualification. These positions serve in the perfection of efficiency of criminal-legal means in struggle for fulfillment of crimes for purpose of narcotics transportation, the decision of having lacks of practice of criminal laws enforcement. Methods of research: systematic, statistical, comparative-legal, dialectic, historical, sociological, logic and others were used in the dissertation. The results obtained and their novelty: as a result of analysis of investigatory-judiciary practice the signs of heavy punishments of perfect crimes for the purpose of narcotics transportation were studied. By results of research offers on perfection of norms of the Criminal code established by responsibility for the illegal relation narcotic means are developed. Practical value: research results can be used in scientific activity, realisation of state policy of studied directions, scientific works, in teaching the courses Criminal law and Criminology, in perfection of norms established by the responsibility for these crimes, in activity of law enforcement bodies. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: offers and recommendations about perfection of Criminal code and judiciary practice were submitted to the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Field of application: scientific rules, conclusions and recommendations can be used in the practice of lawmaking and law enforcing, educational process and research works.
