Аннотация

Any time every one can feel how much stress they are under. Certainly, the demands of study, work, marriage, parenting, or any sudden and unpleasant situation can produce feelings of distress that detract from wellness. Even though we have all experienced stress, we may have questions about what it is. By some of the stress the ories, it is described as "the nonspecific response of the body to any demand made on it." As a result harmful, disagreeable stress calls distress. Distress that is not controlled can result in physical and emotional disruption, illness, and even death
