This article is devoted to the study and consideration of the relationship between corporate governance and risk management strategy in companies. Such key aspects as the structure of management bodies, the decision- making process in companies during risky situations, as well as the implementation of innovative technologies and approaches to risk management are considered. The purpose of this article is to study the effectiveness of risk management strategies, as well as the creation of favorable conditions aimed at minimizing losses and ensuring the stable functioning of the company. The mechanisms by which boards of directors, managers, and internal audit committees influence the creation of a corporate culture focused on responsible attitude to risks are revealed.
