Аннотация

This article is devoted to the analysis of the criteria for selecting technology and technical aspects in the automation of human resource management (HR) systems based on cloud technologies. The study used an empirical research method, an analysis of scientific sources, and an approach based on the results of a survey conducted among heads of Uzbek companies and HR managers. The advantages and limitations of cloud solutions in HR management were studied. Based on the results of the survey, technical requirements, information security, and system flexibility were identified as the main criteria for implementing an HRIS (Human Resource Information System). At the end of the study, practical recommendations were developed for organizations on choosing the most suitable cloud solution.
