Inclusive education, a paradigm shift in the field of education, aims to provide equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their diverse abilities and backgrounds. This article delves into the effectiveness of inclusive education by examining its impact on students, teachers, and society. Through an extensive literature review and analysis of empirical studies, we explore the benefits and challenges of inclusive education. The findings suggest that inclusive education not only fosters academic achievement but also promotes social inclusion and diversity acceptance, ultimately creating a more equitable and inclusive society. Inclusive education has been promoted as a means to create a more equitable and inclusive society, but its effectiveness remains a subject of debate. This article seeks to shed light on the effectiveness of inclusive education through a comprehensive examination of existing literature, analysis of empirical studies, and critical evaluation of its impact on various stakeholders. Numerous studies have shown that inclusive education positively influences academic achievement for students with disabilities. “When provided with appropriate support and accommodations, students with disabilities often perform better academically in inclusive classrooms compared to segregated settings" (Smith, 2018).
