Аннотация

This article analyzes the structure and components of the development of information and analytical competence in students. In this process, the issue of the effective use of information technologies is also of great importance. The study emphasizes the importance of this competence in the information age and shows the importance of developing the ability to critically analyze information, separate false information, and make informed decisions. The advantages of possessing this competence in the modern labor market will also be discussed. Various theoretical views on the formation of information and analytical competence are considered, and methodological approaches to its development in higher educational institutions are analyzed. As a result of the research, practical strategies and models for improving students’ analytical skills and cognitive flexibility are proposed.
