Нутритивная поддержка при различных формах перитонита

Аннотация

The study involved 23 patients with various forms of peritonitis, were in the intensive care unit 2 - Tashkent Medical Academy Hospital in the period from 2011 to 2012. All examined patients were divided into 2 groups:Group 1 - primary (15 patients) - a software application developed by us in addition to the basic nutritional therapy treatment;Group 2 - control (8 patients) - using only basic treatment and traditional tactics of feeding patients in the hospital.We have developed a program of nutritional support was used only in the main group. For the nutritional support of patients of group 1 were injected solutions of essential amino acids "Infezol 100" and "Aminosol" 500 ml per day, and fat emulsions "Lipofundin" or "Lipovenoz" 10% -500 ml per day intravenously. The study patients showed that the patients of group 1 showed a significant improvement in indicators of disturbed exchange of proteins and for the result of the therapy
