In recent years, digital transformation has been forming a new development model of the economy around the world. Uzbekistan also joins this process and introduces the main elements of the digital economy. This article examines the factors that have influenced the development of digital transformation in the economy of Uzbekistan, including the development of digital technologies, the digitization of public services, the development of the Internet infrastructure, and the development of digital literacy. Also, the influence of the digital economy on the economic growth of Uzbekistan, the business environment and the attractiveness of investments is studied. Keywords.
