Аннотация

This article deals with the problem of language as a means of communication and study discipline in aspect of fundamental-linguistic notions – language, speech, speech activity, language material. Language as a mean of communication is defined as common phenomenon to all mankind, which can be found in all aspects of study of the language as theoretical and methodological purposes. It means that research of the language is directed not only as discipline of research, but it also directed as discipline of study. Language as means of communication and language as discipline of study are interrelated and interdependent, thus they are logical components of language, speech, speech activity, language material in whole and each of them separately andconversely
