This article is devoted to consideration of the prospects for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in our country, the directions for reducing poverty based on the development of entrepreneurship through foreign models. Moreover, the article provides a comparative analysis of the scientific and theoretical views of foreign and local scholars. The problems related to the development of small business and private entrepreneurship have been revealed, and conclusions and proposals for solving these problems have been developed.
