Аннотация

Subjects of research: criminally-lcgal and criminal the relations arising owing to plunders by assignments or waste, made by the organized groups. Purpose of work: the further perfection of the domestic legislation and questions of the prevention of plunders by assignment or the wastes made by organized groups. Methods of research: historical, rather-lcgal, logic, dialectic, empirical, interpretation of norms of Uzbekistan and the foreign legislation. Work is based on works of President LA.Karimova, scientific philosophers, sociologists, criminal law, criminology, psychology and other sciences devoted to struggle against criminality. The results obtained and their novelty: work represents one of the first in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, executed on disscrtational level in which complex scientific research criminally-lcgal and criminal problems of struggle against plunders by assignment or the wastes made by organized groups is conducted. Practical value: conclusions and the offers resulted in the dissertation, allow to raise efficiency of the prevention of plunders by assignment or the wastes made by organized groups. Degree of embed and economic efficiency: Offers on perfection of norms of the Criminal code arc presented in Oliy Republics Uzbekistan Mazhlis. Conclusions and scientific generalizations arc recognized by expedient by the Supreme court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also Republic Uzbekistan Academies of Sciences arc used by post-graduate students and professors Institute of philosophy and the right of I.Muminova. Field of application: scientific positions and dissertation conclusions can be used at carrying out of the further scientific researches, at current legislation perfection, and also in practical and educational activity of law enforcement bodies.
