Особенности клинического течения и эффективность лечения хронического панкреатита у лиц с избыточной массой тела

Subject of research: 130 patients with chronic pancreatitis, 88 patients of them have over body mass. Aim of research: Aim of present study is to detect the features of chronic pancreatitis course in obese people and working out of the ways of increasing of its treatment efficacy. Methods of research : Clinical ,biochemical, ultrasound investigation, multispiral computer tomography of abdominal cavity organs-by indexes; endoscope investigation; to determine the index of body mass(IBM) in admission time, after 3 months, after 6 months ,after 12 months from the beginning of study; assessment of quality of patients life with questionnaire CF-36 ;to study of emotional -mental spheres ,with the help of self- appraisal questionnaire of anxiety of Spilbcrg- Hanin, study of nutrient behavior (Holland questionnaire of nutrient behavior of DEBQ) The results achieved and their novelty: It has been received data for the first time, contributory optimization of diagnostics and treatment of obese patients with chronic pancreatitis. I t was detected interconnection between chronic pancreatitis and over body mass, influence of increased weight to psycho emotional status of patients and their life quality. There studied and optimized the efficacy of mcdicamcntous and non -mcdicamcntous methods of correction of over body mass in chronic pancreatitis patients. Complex approach to the treatment of chronic pancreatitis in obese people was developed, which increases treatment efficacy and improves the prognosis for a diseases. Practical value: Introduction of complex treatment schemes, assessment of QL and psycho emotional status in gastroenterological practice becomes important factors in system of measures on improvement of works with patients, being suffering from excessive weight at an early stage of the development of diseases and accordingly, reduction of their treatment and prognosis time. Degree of embed and economic efficacy : Results of the work were applied in therapeutic practice of the department of pathology CIT and correction of the weight ,at the department of hepatobiliary pathology of the 1 "-clinic, in academic process of Tashkent Medical Academy and Scientific centre of Gastroenterology of HM of RUz. Field of application: internal medicine
