Современное состояние и перспективы развития мобильных платежных систем

Ключевые слова: Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов развития мобильные платежи, мобильных платежных систем. Уточняется, что мобильные мобильные платежные платежные системы объединяются под началом нового системы, функционального направления, связанного с мобильные сервисы, санкции, использованием технологий бесконтактной оплаты, финтех, применением платежей и переводов посредством QR- использование смартфона кодов, предоставляют обширнейшие преимущества как для оплаты, для пользователей, так и для бизнеса. Описываются NFC. возможности, преимущества и риски использования мобильных платежных систем, подчеркивается, что все ранее выделяемые проблемы их применения, так или иначе, разрешаются в результате активного развития финансовых технологий. На примере российского рынка мобильных платежных систем выявляются некоторые тенденции из развития, среди которых выделены: уход с рынка зарубежных сервисов и приложений, их импортозамещение отечественными сервисами и инфраструктурой; вход на рынок новых сервисов и стартап-проектов для подготовки комплексных и более развитых мобильных платежных систем; снижение количества операций, осуществляемых посредством бесконтактной оплаты при параллельном росте интереса граждан к подобным системам. По итогам исследования выявляются технико-экономические и пользовательские перспективы развития мобильных платежных систем. SUMMARY The penetration of innovations into all spheres of human life is a consequence of the rapidly developing scientific and technological progress, which brings advanced technical solutions to all substructures – social, economic, and cultural. The uniqueness of the period of intensification of the development of technologies in their integration with the subsystems of human existence is associated with the formation of complex services, on the one hand, providing extensive functionality and application possibilities, but on the other, becoming a source for the development of future technologies, obtaining an even greater effect from use, combining with other technological solutions. The relevance of the research topic of the current state and development prospects of mobile payment systems is due to the fact that today mobile payment services reflect high growth rates, become a tool for cross-border transactions, and are used by businesses in some regions as one of the competitive advantages. The purpose of the scientific article is to characterize the current state and prospects for the development of mobile payment systems. In the work, we rely on theoretical analysis, synthesis, assessment, generalization, and comparison methods. In the course of our work, we compare the concepts of “mobile payment system” and “mobile payments”, determine their characteristic features, provide up-to-date statistics on the market of mobile 178 Жамият ва инновациялар – Общество и инновации – Society and innovations Special Issue – 03 (2023) / ISSN 2181-1415 payment systems, and describe the risks of use and future prospects for the development of mobile payment systems. Mobile payment systems are united under the leadership of a new functional area related to the use of contactless payment technologies, the use of payments and transfers via QR codes, providing vast benefits for both users and businesses. In the example of the Russian market of mobile payment systems, some development trends are identified, among which are: withdrawal from the market of foreign services and applications, their import substitution with domestic services and infrastructure; entering the market of new services and start-up projects for the preparation of complex and more advanced mobile payment systems; a decrease in the number of transactions carried out through contactless payment with a parallel increase in the interest of citizens in such systems. According to the results of this work on the current state and prospects for the development of mobile payment systems, it was revealed that the market for mobile payment systems (as well as mobile payments) is intensively developing. In the foreseeable future, one can see special prospects for growth and increasing the competitiveness of its participants; prospects for the development of mobile payment systems have two sides: technical and economic (improving technologies, applying them in business, expanding the availability of functionality, creating a competitive system environment) and user (popularization of use, encouraging consumers to use).
