ФАКТОРЫ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ТРУДОВОЙ МОТИВАЦИИ В МАЛОМ БИЗНЕСЕ И ЧАСТНЫХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯХ (На примере Кашкадарьинской области)

Аннотация

Subjects of research: the subjects arc staff of small-scale business and private enterprises. Purpose of work: researching of factors of labor motivation and working out of scientific based proposals and recommendations on its increase in conditions of rapid and qualitative development of small-scale business and private enterprises of Kashkadarya region. Methods of research: methods of monographic and statistical analysis, method of classification, comparative analysis and questionnaire design. The results obtained and their novelty: the questions of theories, models and stages of development of labor motivation, possibilities of its application in enterprises arc aggregated; the author’s determination of labor motivation was done; the factors of labor motivation and its application was done by employers and directly by laborers of enterprises arc revealing; the functions and role of remuneration of labor in increase of labor motivation of staff arc researched and explored; it was determined methodical approach of determination of equitable remuneration of labor taking into account the mechanism of influence of its function and figures of effectiveness of labor; the proposals and recommendations on more full using of factors of labor motivation in small-scale business and private enterprises arc worked out. Practical value: the results of research in subjects of small-scale business and private enterprises in other regions of republic arc lead up to improvement of its activity at the expense of increasing of labor motivation of staff, increase in profit as well as in economic effectiveness of the system of wage and labor’s inputs account. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the main results of research arc used in regional administrations of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kashkadarya region (reference №01/741 on 31.03.2008). Field of application: the results of research can be used in working out of program “The main factors of increase of labor motivation in small-scale business and private enterprises”, “The development of entrepreneurial activity and modernization of job’vacancies” in Kashkadarya region.
