Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: problems existing in the theory and practice of social-and-legal protection of workers of the organs of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and social relations connected with the solution of these problems. The aim of the inquiry: improvement of the system of social-and-legal protection of workers of the organs of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, elaboration of recommendations, suggestions and conclusions concerning the solution of problems existing in this sphere. Method of inquiry: methodological basis of the inquiry includes dialectics, theory of law, works by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, private and scientific methods of cognition. The results achieved and their novelty: the research work will make it feasible to raise the system of social-and-legal protection of worker of the organs of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a new level, to develop the ideas of enhancing the scientific and practical significance of the field. It is the first dissertation work dedicated to the elaboration of new directions of social-and-legal protection of worker of the organs of internal affairs in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Practical value: theoretical conclusions and scientifically grounded recommendations will serve to improve the legislation system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to raise the legal consciousness and culture, the legal competence of workers of the organs of internal affairs. Degree of embed and economical effectiveness: the results of the investigation were used in the practice of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in composing work books and other teaching materials for the students of the educational institutions of the ministry, in preparing draft laws. Sphere of usage: practice of the system of internal affairs, law-making process, the activity of enforcement, application and realization of law, scientific works, educational field.
