Аннотация

Subject of the research: the role and the significance of the International legal aspects of ensuring the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Purpose of work: is a complex research of the International legal aspects of the regulation of the ensuring the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Methods of research: complex of scientific and special methods of cognition, particularly, systematic, historical-legal, statistical, structural-functional, sociological as well as the methods of analysis and synthesis and comparisons and analogies have been used for revealing the main aspects of the problem under study. The results obtained and their novelty: basic provisions and legal definition of the acting legislation concerning ensuring «the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan» have been subjected to the corrective amendment and the critical analysis; author’s own definition of the major terms of the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan was proposed; International legal aspects in the context of criteria estimations of the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been analysed; new legal approaches to the ensuring the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan were proposed. Practical value: consists of an opportunity of using the results received by the author in governmental management practice: they can be used by the legislative power bodies for the improvement of lawmaking activity in the field of ensuring the economic and national security, and also by the authorities of law enforcement and the governmental management bodies including the external political and economic departments who act in the sphere of the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Degree of embed and economic efficiency: it has been recommended to approve a separate bill «About ensuring the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan» where should be reflected and regulated the proposed objects of the economic security of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also to make an active promotion by Uzbekistan within the framework of the International and regional organizations of the initiatives on matters concerning those aspects of the International law which related with ensuring the economic security. Field of application: lawmaking process, rule-making in the International law, diplomatic practice, law enforcement activity, scientific research and educational field, the International trade and economic and financial co-operation.
