Analysis of indicators of cell immunity in children with the syndrome increased ENG possible to establish the phenomenon of secondary immuno-deficient state, as well as the imbalance of the immuno-regulatory cells and significantly low levels of IgA and IgG and phagocytosis. The results of the clinical and immunological studies were the basis for inclusion in the complex therapy of patients with the syndrome of increased thymus immunomodulator T-activin at a dose of 2 mg / kg of body weight subcutane-ously for 5 days.
