Subjects of the inquiry: analyzing the essence and socio-political, economic results of the Soviet migration policy in Uzbekistan in 20-30 years of XX century is determined as the object of the inquiry. Aim of the inquiry: to discover new archive materials and sources, and hcrcinaftcr-introduction them in scientific everyday life according to urgency of the subject under study. Analyzing the Soviet migration policy in Uzbekistan and its results scientifically and giving some theoretical summaries according to it arc also determined as the aim of the inquiry. Methods of inquiry: historicity, objectiveness, comparative analysis, civilian approach. The results achieved and their novelty: the Soviet migration policy in Uzbekistan which has never been an independent research object has got a complete explanation for the first time according to the national independence ideology. Practical value: hasty, unweighed decisions of the management in agrarian politics always lead to negative consequences. In this sphere the present inquiry can serve as an historic experience. As well as summarized matters, analyzed conclusions in the inquiry help to liquidate "white spots" which concerns with the Soviet agrarian policy in Uzbekistan.
