Аннотация

Subjects of research: agricultural offices based on private proparty and “Supporting employment centre” are considered as the object of reseach. Purpose of work: Elaboration of scientific based and practical recommendations and proposals on developing labour market in rural areal and providing the population with reasonable employment in agro industrial complex. Methods of research: economical analysis, comparative comparing, monographic watching, making statistic groups, scientific generalizing and thinking logically. The results obtained and their novelty: The characteristics of developing labour market in rural, area in market economy are determined and the rules are discovered;developing of service, handicraft, small and private Entepreneurship fields in rural area are substantiated as a factor of population; in free market economi labour market and regulating employment of population by the stale in the villajer are substantiated and shown; the developing of labour market and tendency of improving of populationemployment are markesele, and progressive bvels are shown. Practical value: Pratical importance of the reseach work consists of using practical recommendation of the reseach work in elaborating programmes, resolutions, methodic directives of state on developing labour market in rural area. Degree of embed and economic effektivity: a number of proposals and recommendations elaborating during the experiment were accepted by the Ministry of agriculture and water Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Dissertation materials can be used in teaching and emproving academic programmes of subjects such as “Labour economy and sociology”, “Economy of agriculture”. Field of application: the Ministry of Labour and social protecting of the population, Supporting employment Centres, institutions.
