Региональные особенности развития частного предпринимательства (на примере Наманганской области)

Аннотация

Subjects of the inquiry: the processes of development of entreprising activity of the subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship functioning in Namangan region. Aim of the inquiry: elaboration of scientific suggestions and practical recommendations aimed at developing, sustaining and stimulating private entrepreneurship in Namangan region. Methods of inquiry: historical, system analysis, monographic analysis, comparative analysis, diagram methods. The results achieved and their novelty: the impoved author’s definition reffecting the economic essence of private entrepreneurship was elaborated; the role of private entrepreneurship in improving the structure of the economy of the region was revealed; scientific bases and regional features of developing private entrepreneurship based on homework avtivities leasing in the process of the realization of the programme of antiorisis measures were dislosed; the system of measures aimed at developing dekhan farming which are the basic forms of private entrepreneurship in the region was proposed; scientific suggestions and practical recommendations on revealing priority and the atrategy of developing private entrepreneurship in the region in the conditions of the modernization of economy were elaborated. Practical value: the results obtained, scientific and practical conclusions, suggestions and recommendation can be used in working out perspective programmes and conception aimed at developing private entrepreneurship in the region, in improving the programmes in use. Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results of research are in use in the branch of the Institute to studing civil society in Namangan region, Namangan territorial board of the chamber of trade and industry of Uzbekistan. Research materials are used at the Namangan state university in teaching courses “ Regional economics ”, ’’Fundamentals of enterpreneurship” Sphere of usage: Ministry of economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, State committee on demonopolisation and development of competition, higher educational establishments.
