With the increase in the frequency of cesarean delivery, there is a new problem - the management of pregnancy and delivery in women with a uterine scar. Most recurrent abdominal delivery is made on the assumption that the insolvency of the scar. The paper attempts to evaluate the accuracy of ultrasonography in comparison with intraoperative data consistency scar. It is found that the consistency of rumen confirmed in 83.3% of cases. The failure of the scar before the operation was suspected in 16 (32%) of pregnant women, which was the basis for rc-cacsarcan section, but only confirmed in 9 (56.3%).
