Аннотация
Schizophrenia accounts for 39,9 percent of the total number of people with disabilities in mental disorders. Currently, such a high level of disability can be considered as a direct result of shortcomings in the field of secondary and tertiary prevention. They are associated with the fact that psychotherapeutic approaches in the Russian psychiatric clinic are not yet correctly understood. The use of psychodynamically oriented methods is primarily limited by the absence of specialists who are sufficiently familiar with the methods of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, as well as the usual stereotypes of thinking, the fear of falling into psychologization when solving the issues of diagnosing and treating patients.
