Аннотация

In recent years, unfortunately, the number of fruitless marriages has increased, and even despite great advances in medicine. In the structure of infertile marriage, endocrine female infertility is 30-40%, and in the structure of anovulatory infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is 50-75%. And the issues of its treatment remain highly relevant in modem medical practice due to the complexity of the pathogenesis of PCOS, and there are still no uniform methods for treating this pathology. And all types of treatment that arc aimed at restoring reproductive function gives only a temporary effect. Some time, after the end of treatment, the pathological symptom complex appears again. For more than twenty years, scientists around the world have been working on the problem of infertility treatment using assisted reproductive technologies.
