Аннотация

The tactical and technical aspects of completed hcpaticojcjunostomy in 95 patients with iatrogenic injuries of the main bile ducts are presented. A method of rehabilitation of the intrahepatic bile ducts through transhepatic framework drainage with the aim of treating and preventing cholangitis was proposed, which reduced the incidence of cholangitis from 21.9% to 8.5% and reduced the likelihood of biliodigestive anastomosis stricture recurrence from 32.9% to 14%.
