In the socio-economic reforms carried out in our country, factors affecting the strategic management of the activities of enterprises of the food industry have a special place. The development of the mechanism of strategic management of the activities of food industry enterprises, the study of the factors affecting it, diversification of the economy, modernization and technical updating of leading industries, as well as the comprehensive support of food production enterprises are defined as one of the main tasks carried out in the Republic.
