This thesis examines the potential for implementing judicial mediation in resolving sectoral disputes, with a particular focus on the sports sphere in Uzbekistan. The research analyzes the theoretical and legal foundations of mediation, international practices in pre-trial settlement of sports conflicts, and the prospects for institutional development of judicial mediation in the national context. The study explores the specific nature of sports disputes, existing challenges in their resolution through judicial and extrajudicial means, and proposes legal and organizational measures to integrate mediation procedures into the dispute resolution system among athletes, clubs, and federations. Special attention is given to the possibility of establishing specialized structures for sports mediation in Uzbekistan.
