Аннотация

This article describes the legal framework that creates the necessary conditions for innovation and commercialization of its results in Uzbekistan. Information on financial and non- financial instruments for stimulating innovation is presented and some problems in the mechanism of implementation of innovative processes in agriculture are revealed. In conclusion, suggestions are made on the formation of innovative policies in the agricultural sector of the republic on the basis of certain principles aimed at creating favorable conditions for the widespread introduction of innovative technologies and projects into production.
