NATURE OF METHODS OF LEGAL REGULATION AND PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION LAW

The article examines the legal nature of the methods and principles of regulating relations in the international information sphere. This article aims to reveal the essence of the legal regulation of international information law and the designation of the principles governing international information law. The specificity of the methods of legal regulation in international law is based on the fact that participants in international relations are sovereign subjects of law. The peculiarity of international information law is that this branch of international law regulates both public law and private law relations. Therefore, international information law uses methods used in both public and private law branches of law and are united by a single subject of legal regulation - international legal information relations. Considering the set of formed international legal norms in the field of international information exchange, the basic principles governing international information law are outlined.
